With a library of games known for its quality focus (explaining why there are slightly less games than for other consoles) and a homebrew scene with a hidden depth, it is our pleasure to share with you the results of our hard work and what you'll be soon be able to enjoy for yourselves: I'm sure it is obvious by now, but we are of course referencing the brand new supported console on RA: the Atari Jaguar CD. Everyone intuitively understood that this was not a small matter and instead of the usual wild pickings there was a decisive strive for excellence, a concentration of effort toward quality over quantity.Īnd so as is their habits, multiple teams of devs toiled in the background, ready to unleash this new rollout onto the world. Bit by bit came a general understanding that this was IT, the new RA pillar that would eclipse all previous achievements. Something that made its mark on the players of the time and on the market as a whole. A console that never played by the rules, a machine that dared to be different at the time. Then one day, small at first, a few devs started to talk about an idea. a new goal to work toward, but few consoles have the same aura as the PS2.

For a long time, the mood and motivation of everyone was down. Once the honeymoon period was done, however, came the most difficult question for any creative endeavor: what's next? Just continuing to do the same as before could not, no, would not be enough. As most of you know, the PS2 rollout from last year was an incredible milestone for the whole website.

Gather round everyone, today is a day of confession.
